Advanced smelting Industries Co. (ASIC), which is equally owned by Tasnee.


The smelter is situated in the Jizan Economic City and is designed to smelt ilmenite (Titanium rich mineral sand) to produce Titania Dioxide slag and pig iron. The plant consists of two Electric Arc furnaces, each with a capacity of 250kt slag and 125kt pig iron. The slag that is produced is tapped from the furnace and processed to be used as feed stock for the titanium chlorination and sulphuric acid processes to finally produce Titanium pigment which is mainly used in paints and plastics.


An exciting opportunity is available for Executive Secretary Based in Jizan and will report directly toGM, Slagger Site


About the role:


Provides secretarial and general office duties to a middle to upper-level management position, looking after their diary, scheduling appointments. Frequently accesses highly confidential information and files. Communicates with contacts at all levels in the organization, industry, and community. Understand the principal’s job and method of operation, in addition to the operations and procedures of the department and organization. Typically reports to a managerial position.


You will be responsible to:


  • Communicate management instructions to individuals and/or departments and furnishes and obtains information.
  • Receive and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information.
  • Schedule appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organize and maintains files of supervisor’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
  • Prepare routine letters and memoranda for principal’s signature.
  • Prepare special reports, gathering, and summarizing data.
  • Organize and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.

Minimum Qualification:


Bachelor / diploma degree of Business administration or related.  


Minimum Experience:


  • 5 years of experience or more in secretary.
