Overview of the role: 

 

The Operations Manager is responsible for a team of Project Directors and Project Managers and is responsible for the successful delivery of the projects. Job profile includes planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the projects, sharing and distributing the resources between various projects, coordinating with support departments and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the business and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Strategize and execute projects for timely completion and quality.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and cash flow efficiently.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities and ensure compliance.
  • Supervise project progress and maintain productivity.
  • Uphold quality standards and prevent deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Aid in recruitment and organizational structuring.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and lead staff effectively.
  • Coach and motivate staff for optimal performance.
