Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
Build quarterly and annual technical training program
Coordinate and announce training plan to all concerned managers
Coordination of training-related topics to Mercedes Benz Training Center Dubai
Registration of Training participants to LMS
Maintain the correctness of the Jipco employee list in LMS
Conduct technical training MB Trucks, MB Vans, MB Buses, and FUSO to Jipco Technicians and customers
Conducting on the Job training for Jipco technicians
Conduct driver training (if required)
Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
Prepares training plan for Jipco and Fleet customers
Communication with all Jipco workshop managers and Fleet customers
Attending educational events like seminars, and workshops as well as Train the Trainer conference for technical updates and knowledge.
Assists the Workshop technicians in diagnosing vehicle faults upon request. Coordinates with service partners in Daimler MENA, EvoBus and Daimler Global Training – Germany.
Manage the daily activities of the driver trainer
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
Optimizing training processes for efficiency
Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses
Skills:
Verbal Communication skills
Proven work experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer, or similar role
Experience in developing technical course content
Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role Strong technical background. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms Experience with instructional design and curriculum development Certification in training or teaching is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills
