Key responsibilities for this role include:
Work closely with Global T&C Lead to support the business intelligence database of the Tender Outcome Reporting for Pricing and Analytics (TORPA) in SAP Business Objects and serve as the business administer of the system
Be responsible for administration and user management of the TORPA System and its share-point portal
Collect data on tender outcome and pricing intelligence from market affiliates and/or public domains and conduct data audits before data loading into the system in a timely manner
Create tender pricing analytics reports populated on the business insight platforms and build customized reports based on individual requests from local and above-market teams
Understand the business needs from markets and identify the market dynamics to enhance the existing analytics reports and build new ones as required
Ensure the data integrity of the system and analytics reports on business insight platforms
Work with IT team to ensure the reliability of the system, and drive the system upgrades and enhancements of analytics reporting
Promote values of the TORPA to drive the awareness and usage of the system
Conduct user training for new users and refresher training to enhance the usage of the system
Support data exchange of TORPA with other internal platforms
Support the generation of business analytics reporting for the Global Tender and Contract team
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor degree or above in business administration, business insights and analytics or other relevant disciplines
Work experience in data management and/or business insights is an advantage
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI, Alteryx
Good command of written and spoken English
Attentive to details, data accuracy and process
Good Presentation, influencing and communication skills
Create positive impact with self-initiative
Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple levels within the organization
Collaboration with cross-cultural experience in a matrix structure
