• Working as a UCC Virtual Team Member & Regional Service Partner (Unified Communication technologies: AVAYA, MS Teams, etc.)
• Will be a responsible Call center technical topic
• Will be a responsible for Infrastructure (Server rooms, network cabinets, wireless connectivity)
• Working as a Local Network Partner
• Managing IT Projects so project management certification and agile know-how is preferred
• Will be a Roll-out coordinator
• Will be a responsible for IT Fleet Managing the process for IT device planning & deployment

• Graduated from university degree in relevant fields
• Project Management (preferably PMP skills) is preferred
• Nice to have Cisco CCNA or relevant program knowledge
• Having know-how in Cloud and Microsoft technologies
• Having ITIL knowledge
• Willing to learn and take responsibilities in IT
• Fluent English & Turkish language skills
• Having good negotiation & communication skills
