Quality Management Trainee

As being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Turkey is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Energy Systems and their control/monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipments for construction and mining industry.

Key Accountabilities

• University students or min. Bachelor degree, (prefably Industrial Engineering)
• Able to work at least 3-4days during our one year MT program (for bachelor or master students),
• Able to work 5 days a week during our one year MT program (for new graduates),
• Fluent speaking and writing in English,
• Problem solver, analytic minded,
• Team player, self motivated, result oriented,
• Strong relationship and high communication skills,
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Tools.

We are looking for Quality Management Trainees with following qualifications;

• Taking actions necessary to ensure correct archiving of Quality Records
• Organization of Internal Department Audits and reporting of results
• Controlling of documentation by keeping appropriate records and managing the procedures within the scope of possible audits
• Follow-up of plans within the scope of the Integrated Management system
• Statistics tracking
• Follow-up of daily work and statistics related to the Quality Assurance system.
• Follow up certification Process 
• Monitoring the up-to-dateness of the Environmental Management system documentation and HS management system and follow-up of legal requirements
