Job Description
  • Follow and update operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines {including Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers).
  • Evaluate the performance of media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers.
  • Coordinate all deliverables with contras and partner marketing agreements.
  • Identify the relevant audience profiles, build segments and coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of direct marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing budgets in line with plans  and maintain budget trackers, raise PO's and manage payments to suppliers.
  • As directed by the line manager, monitor campaign performance and produce relevant and timely reports.
  • Share relevant insights with the line manager to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.
  • Work with data & insights team to capture relevant and timely data (onsite & post show surveys, registration forms, industry research etc.).
  • Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance.
  • Identify the target audience and key segments within the target universe
  • Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments.
  • Send timely, relevant communications through a designated mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channels.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign activity based on performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver content through selected channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.).
  • Build, maintain and optimise product websites and work with internal or external support teams to make advancements and maximise conversion from the sites.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed standards.
  • Manage PR agency (internal or external) with input from the marketing manager and event manager /event director.
  • Establish relationships with and manage strategically important partners to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to show budget.
  • Assist to lead the association with line manager/s.
  • Provide guidance, feedback and inspiration to line reports/assisting team.
  • Work with line reports & marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPl's, event and divisional strategy.
  • Work with line reports to develop skills and competencies and ensure they have a clear development roadmap.
  • Ensure adoption and optimisation of marketing technology solutions, identify training needs and ensure line reports are technically proficient.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferably physical or virtual events.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing.
  • Analytical and questioning mindset.
  • Deadline and target-driven.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative and tenacious team player.
  • Fast learner and committed to personal development and growth.
  • Takes pride and ownership of their work.
  • Experience of using email marketing or marketing automation technology.
  • Experience of working with CMS platforms.
  • Experience of working with databases and data selection/management software.
  • Database development and growth including segmentation - advanced targeting.
  • Experience in marketing analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices (PPC, SEO and online advertising).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Turkish.
