Develop and manage product and portfolio strategy for bank’s debit and prepaid cards with the objective to meet budgeted revenue, number of cards, spend volumes whilst ensuring compliance of statutory and Central Bank guidelines.
Manage P & L for the debit and prepaid cards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the best customer experience and customer journey for all debit and prepaid card services, including but not limited to on-boarding, card issuance, delivery, activation, spend, dispute handling, fraud and security management, etc. from all channels.
Develop, revise when necessary and execute the roadmap for debit and prepaid card products.
Ensure timely update of all card related internal and external documentation – product papers, operating procedures, terms & conditions, etc.
Develop, propose and execute marketing activities for debit and prepaid cards for our customers.
Review and monitor the achievement of sales plans to ensure maximum contribution to the achievement of agreed department objectives.
Develop partnership opportunities for providing prepaid cards as a service with fintech, technology companies in the payments space.
