Billions UX/UI Designer Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer Intern to join our team as part of a graduate programme for up to 12 months. This role focuses on designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web applications and other graphic design responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design, using AI tools in their workflow and a desire to grow their UX and UI design skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our web applications.
• Assist in the design of graphic elements, including logos, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in designs by adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UI/UX design.
• Assist in other graphic design tasks as required.

Requirements:

• A graduate of a degree program in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Up-to-date with the latest AI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
