Over view of the role

The commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the  Building Management systems and provide support on the review and approval of technical documentations

What you will do?

• The commissioning of Building Management systems
• Enthusiastic to learn new technologies and implementations. Self-motivated for quick learning of the existing systems.
• Project documentation like material /technical submittal, O& M Manuals, Shop Drawings, Zone Charts, other certificates.
• Provide user Training and support to the end users and the designated clients representatives

Job Specific skills

• Basic Knowledge in HVAC, electrical & electronic and Low voltage Systems & Type of Cables.
• Knowledge to review Technical Specification and Drawings.
• Knowledge of field testing and commissioning procedures
• Knowledge of integration of third party protocols like Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus, SNMP etc
• Report writing skills.
• Knowledge of field testing procedures and field test equipment
• Ability to communicate verbal / written with Clients. Be able to motivate and provide technical guidance to Sub Contractors & Technicians

What qualifies you for the role?

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent Related Qualification

Certifications Preferred:

• BMS system training certificate

• Minimum Experience:

  
  
• Relevant Middle East job experience (min 5 years)
• Must have driving license

• Experience in commissioning of Building Management Systems Projects & Maintenance, -Medium, large projects
