Creative Copywriter

As the Creative Copywriter at InstaShop, you will play a pivotal role in driving the ideation and creation of captivating copy within our vibrant marketing team. Your responsibilities will involve crafting compelling messaging across various platforms to engage our audience and reinforce our brand identity.

Primary Responsibilities:



Copywriting and Content Strategy:
● Work within the brand team to produce high-quality and impactful messaging that reflects our brand's tone of voice, adheres to brand guidelines, and effectively conducts our communication efforts
● Craft compelling copy for diverse channels and audiences, proficiently switching between English and Arabic to effectively communicate our brand message
● Generate innovative copy ideas tailored for maximum engagement and resonance across diverse channels, including CRM communication (email, newsletters, push notifications, in-app banners), ads, InstaShop website, social media posts, press releases, etc...
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and develop creative copies supporting our marketing campaigns and offerings
● Ensure timely delivery of copies across various marketing channels, maintaining consistency and quality
Copy optimization and reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure the freshness and relevance of our copy. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize copy performance and inform future creative decisions Measure and report on the effectiveness of our copywriting efforts, providing actionable insights to the marketing team

Requirements:



· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Proven 2+ years of experience as a creative copywriter or in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry
· Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
· Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to incorporate keywords seamlessly into copy while maintaining readability and authenticity
· Familiarity with writing for different formats and mediums, including long-form articles, short-form social media posts, email newsletters, and in-app messaging
· Proficiency in proofreading and editing, with a meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness in all written content
· Familiarity with collaboration tools for seamless workflow management and version control
Soft skills:
● Creativity: bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table, enhancing the storytelling process.
● Problem-solving: demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot challenges during the brainstorming and content creation phases.
● Communication: excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
● Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
