Electrical Engineer - Fire Alarm & ELV

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Fire Alarm and ELV systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, with specific expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining fire alarm and ELV systems within the building construction industry. This role demands a professional who is adept at ensuring all projects meet the highest safety standards and comply with UAE regulations.

• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of fire alarm and ELV systems for various construction projects.
  
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with UAE safety standards, NFPA codes, and other relevant regulations.
  
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the proper installation and operation of fire alarm and ELV systems.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate fire safety and ELV systems effectively into overall building designs.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support for the troubleshooting and maintenance of fire alarm and ELV systems.
  
• Manage documentation related to design, installation, and maintenance of systems.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations regarding fire safety and ELV systems.
  
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and to foster positive relationships.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in building construction, with a focus on fire alarm and ELV systems.
  
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards, NFPA codes, and UAE building regulations.
  

• Proficiency in design and simulation software related to electrical engineering, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client relations.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites within the UAE.
  
• Must be currently located in the UAE or willing to relocate.
