About The Role
The Team Leader, Wellness is responsible for ensuring the Wellness Experience Agents team are fully engaged with each guest interaction and are delivering exceptional guest service. Person in this role will help the team in building relationships, while maximizing reservations at all four reception desks in the Spa, Fitness Center and Hotel Lobby. Conversion of product recommendations into retail sales at the Spa Retail Boutique, monitoring the correctness of the bookings and quality of the guest journey are crucial parts of this role. Additionally, Team Leader Wellness assists the Assistant Managers in the direct staff training in spa offerings, retail products, computer / telephone system knowledge, financial process, operational standard and procedures, all while ensuring five-star service delivery from the team at all times.
About You
We are looking for experienced SPA and Wellness professionals with solid experience in a luxury 5 star environment. You should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to carry a conversation in a courteous manner with every type of guest and handle their queries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Person in this role has to demonstrate strong administrative skills and leadership abilities. Cidesco, Cibtac, International Qualification or Diploma in beauty therapy and/or massage + an comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology will be an advantage.
