Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:



Talent Magnet: Attract top talent by developing innovative recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Culture Champion: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and open communication channels. Development Guru: Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. HR Policy Whisperer: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies that promote fairness, diversity, and compliance. Performance Maestro: Drive performance excellence through effective performance management practices, coaching managers, and facilitating career development conversations.

What We need from you:



Proven track record as an HR leader, preferably in the hospitality industry not less than 5 Years. Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Egypt. Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with employees and stakeholders. Creative problem-solving abilities and a talent for resolving conflicts and employee relations issues. Passion for employee development and engagement, with a strong understanding of training principles and practices. Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair reward systems. Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must speak fluent English. Other languages may be preferred.
