About the job Accounts Payable

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work on the invoices received from other departments and other requests for payments.
  • Issuing checks with required amounts on timely basis
  • Calculate Taxation discount value and issue invoices.
  • Work on the Petty Cash Documentation & Issuing Checks or Transfers
  • Prepare Expenses to Related Accounts and Cost Centers
  • Prepare Payment Report for Purchasing Process
  • Prepare Analysis for vendor accounts.
  • Prepare certain Accounts Analysis for expenses.
  • Work on the payments and data analysis of Capex & Opex invoices

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree in accounting.
  • 2-4 Years of experience in accounting department.
