Required Experience
Experience: At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing sizable teams.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Leadership or technical certifications are advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern engineering practices, team management tools, and project delivery methodologies.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English, with additional language skills being beneficial.
