This role is essential for someone with a deep understanding of B2C email marketing, skilled in creating effective workflows, segmenting audiences, and launching targeted campaigns on Klaviyo. If you have a knack for A/B testing, and analytics, and possess both copywriting and email design skills, this opportunity is your canvas to impact a brand that blends artistry with customer engagement.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow and Automation: Design and implement Klaviyo workflows and automation that effectively nurture leads and engage customers.
Audience Segmentation: Strategically segment audiences to tailor campaigns for different products, launches, and customer behaviors.
Campaign Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective email campaigns, utilizing analytics and tracking to measure success.
Copywriting: Craft compelling email content that resonates with the target audience, enhancing brand message and product offerings. The ability to also design those emails is a huge advantage.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.

Creative Campaigns: You’ve successfully merged copywriting and design skills to create email campaigns that beautifully represent the brand and captivate the audience.

Qualifications:
Proven B2C email marketing experience, with a focus on Klaviyo platform management.
Experience in creating and managing email workflows, automation, and audience segmentation.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging email content.
Email design skills, with proficiency in creating visually appealing email templates (highly advantageous).
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email marketing analytics.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in EST hours.
Passionate about art and design, with an understanding of how to communicate with art enthusiasts effectively.
