Job Description


Responsibilities:


  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. This may involve conducting process audits, facilitating process mapping sessions, and recommending best practices to optimize organizational performance.
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of strategic initiatives and projects. This includes defining project objectives, developing project plans, monitoring project timelines, and facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate and follow up with partners to understand project requirements and priorities and attend stakeholders’ meetings when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on project schedules, budget outlines, and financial reports.
  • Create detailed weekly project progress reports for Seniors.
  • Assisting in applying policies and procedures for project management for the organization.
  • Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Implement project review processes to assess performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different consulting teams and departments.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects for efficient and timely delivery.
  • Evaluate existing project management methodologies and tools for enhancements.

Skills:


  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Exceptional communication and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of business acumen, resource planning, SMO practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SMO methodologies and the ability to adapt them to suit consulting project dynamics.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or any related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, etc.) is a must.
  • Successfully delivering complex projects for 4-6 years.
