Job Description

Overview This is a new role that will support BU customer teams on channel development and strategy related analysis, it is required in order to help operate with complex analyses, numbers and documents and lead channel development projects. Will be crucial support to BU teams for maintaning customer data, analysis and drawing insights. Responsibilities Be the pulse on eComm business performance & contribution – Leveraging internal & external eComm data, and work with BUs & finance teams to consolidate performance knowledge & learnings Support BU teams in preparing high quality materials, documents and analyses that will contribute to ongoing channel development projects Work with BU teams to set KPIs, establish data, build & distribute (on going) scorecards that drive the right action & have tangible impact on the business Carry out ad hoc strategic analysis consolidating multiple data sources to provide strategic insight Work with DX & broader insights teams to carry out shopper behaviour & channel insights – building scorecards & integrating the right insight into strategic analysis Working in the international matrix is key, requiring strong communication and soft skills, capability to adjust communications to recipients & different cultures. other Microsoft Office apps as well as analytical skills to make sense out of numbers and preparing high level conclusions/recommendations Leverage existing PepsiCo & eComm specific analytical tools to integrate data sets that analyse performance & drivers – Having tableau skills would be a distinct advantage Key in the success is coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and fragmented set of data and capability to move things forward on limited inputs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics and reporting Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination, consistent execution, & follow up Strong analytical skills – as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects Cross-functional “literacy” – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance Strong problem-solving capabilities – as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines Instinct for execution—as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff Resilience – as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them Bias for action – as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
