Job DescriptionResponsibilities
•Intake of analytics & insights requests from users in Procurement world wide (around 500 people)•Preparing the story based on the user request including acceptance criteria •Manage & prioritize the backlog for the Procurement Analytics execution team (Data Engineers, Data Architects)•Checks if the deliverable from the Analytics Execution team meets the acceptance criteria, hence accepting the story(s)•Check with the requestor (user) if the deliverable meets their needs•Create and maintain overview of the Procurement Data & Analytics domain (all dashboards) •Create overview and easy navigation into all Procurement Dashboards•Manage access to the Procurement Data Domain and all assets using Collibra•Assign ownership of dashboards using Collibra to put under governance•Thorough understanding of the Procurement data domain & objects and all data assets to support the users in their requests for Analytics deliverables•Set up and maintain the Procurement business glossary and metadata management•Supporting the Procurement Data Owner(s) through driving the data quality process•Ensure access to and awareness of the data quality performance dashboards of the Procurement Data Domain through collaboration with the Master Data team for Master data & reference data and with the Data Stewardship team for the data quality performance on transactional data•Review the accuracy of the Procurement Master Data objects, reference data and taxonomies and drive solution delivery with the Data Stewardship and Data Governance team•Define relevant business rules together with Master data and Data Stewardship•Drive the process for root cause analysis on data quality issues with the Data Quality Analysts•Drive for solution delivery on the root cause analysis with the Data Stewardship and Data Governance team•Communication & training on data literacy•Prepare communication content for regular Procurement Digital & Analytics newsletters•Determine data training needs for the Procurement community and develop training options in cooperation with Procurement Transformation•Drive collaboration with other teams around data & analytics•Other teams include: Procurement Finance Analytics teams, Master data, Data Stewardship, Data Governance, Collibra, GASRequirements
○Must havesØUniversity Degree with a major in either Data Science, Mathematics or Computer Science. ØThorough understanding of data (meaning ready knowledge on master data, reference data, metadata, data governance, data quality, data architecture, data modelling, data pipeline, data policies, data principles, data standards & procedures, data security & privacy, data ethics)ØExperience with working on a daily basis with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremoniesØJira experience, especially writing storiesØPro-active attitude – action drivenØRealizing progress through others without hierarchical responsibility over themØUser /customer centric way of workingØBusiness fluent in EnglishØStrong skill set in: problem solving, logic, communication, team work, analysis ○PreferredØTableau certificationØCollibra certificationLocation(s)Ahmedabad – Mondeal Heights – GBS Center
