We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager – Payments & Transfers.
In this role, you will:
- Leads Business Change Deliveries in Payments and Transfers sub-value stream.
- Play a strategic role in managing the overall change for Payments and Transfers sub-value stream, allowing the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change
- Develops effective change management plan and drives the execution and adoption of strategic change activities for the programme
- Engages with the wider Executive team to secure leadership buy-in and alignment in driving sustainable organizational change
- Evaluates the change impact and business readiness, and provides actionable guidelines on reducing the impact and limiting potential risk
- Engages with cross-functional teams and Business teams impacted by the programme to assess the resistance in adopting the change at the operating model level (i.e., people, process and technology)
- Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery partner teams; actively managing dependencies between teams and other projects and programme.
- Set the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success
- Adopt Agile Ways of Working and coach the team to align to Agile.
- Adopts a systematic approach to managing change by leveraging leading practices, knowledge, structured framework and tools
- Develops metrics and monitoring systems to measure progress and benefits of change activities implemented
