Job Description:

We are searching for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage construction projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to monitor progress and deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  
• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and monitoring work performance.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  
• Ensure that materials are procured and utilized efficiently, minimizing waste and delays.
  
• Identify potential issues on-site and work with the team to resolve them promptly, minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
  
• Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and risks.
  
• Ensure that all workers follow safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and conduct safety training as needed.
  
• Monitor changes in project scope or design and assess their impact on resources and timelines.
  
• Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material properties, and building codes.
  
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams effectively.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to handle challenges on-site.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication to report to stakeholders effectively.
  
• Keen understanding of safety regulations and their application on-site.
