Creative Director

Job Description:

We need a Creative Director to join our Pattern Brand creative team. You will oversee the Pattern Brand India creative team. As the Creative Director, you are the key storyteller of the Pattern brand, its strategy, and will direct and influence the team to visually capture the concepts based on project requests. That Pattern brand creative team is a resource for all departments and branches of the company to build a cohesive experience for both our partners and employees. We consistently strive
to push the brand and our creative team in new ways. This is a full-time role that will work from our office in Pune, India.

What is a day in the life of a Creative Director - India?

● Hold a level of expectation and standard for output across the Pattern Brand creative team
● Strategize creative concepts as well as processes for optimal performance and output
● Oversee hiring and team development/culture
● Direct and Create custom visuals to elevate the partner and employee experience including
    ● Large scales and small events
    ● Campaigns
    ● Mailers
    ● Quality swag items
    ● Ads
    ● Presentation decks
    ● eBooks
    ● One-pagers
    ● Documents

What will I need to thrive in this role?
● 3-5 years of creative leadership
● Strong portfolio showcasing relevant skill set and Creative thinking
● BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field
● Strong layout
● Advanced typography skills are a must
● Strong portfolio showcasing relevant skill set and Creative thinking
● Proficient with Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) and MS Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
● Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
● Strong file management and organizational skills
● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
● Outstanding time management skills
● Ability to concept beyond a project parameters
This position reports directly to the Pattern Creative Director at HQ - Lehi
