- Night Shift (Fixed shift: 6.30 PM to 4.00 AM)
- 6 days per week

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will assist clients, contact vendors, and perform various administrative tasks to support our real estate operations. While not the main focus, knowledge in accounts is preferred to provide assistance to the Accounts team when needed. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with a keen interest in customer support.
RequirementsBasic Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Provide outstanding support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Vendor Contact: Liaise with vendors as necessary, coordinating activities and services to support business operations. - Administrative Support: Undertake office administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office environment.
- Accounts Assistance (Secondary): Assist the Accounts team with basic accounting tasks as needed, though this is not the primary responsibility.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Required).
- Experience: 1 year in customer support preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Background: Preferably with an understanding or background in Accounts.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Required)
