The main purpose of this position will be for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making within the organization. They utilize various tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and generate reports that inform business strategies.

Responsibilities include:

1.Business requirements / Data Collection: Gather and consolidate business requirements on BI and analytics across BA lines of businesses functions. Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.

2.Data Processing: Clean, organize, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

3.Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to interpret data and extract meaningful insights. Perform data prework, feasibility analysis, impact analysis and POCs (using various ETL tools and knowledge of SQL) to review the viability of an idea before it becomes a project

4.Data Visualization: Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively. Design, build, test and deploy reports / dashboards / analytics (using various reporting tools like Tableau / Power BI / Python/ R) in support of BA functional requests.

5.Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes across departments

6.Trend Identification: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to inform strategic initiatives and business goals.

7.Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data.

8.Data-driven Recomendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

9.Colloboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to address data-related challenges and achieve business objectives.

10.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science to enhance skills and capabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE

·Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related field. Master's degree or certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus.

• 3+ years as Business analyst / Data Analyst or similar experience

·Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB.

·Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

·Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

·Prior experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles is preferred.
