We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager for India. This role will be reporting to the CMO and you will partner with other go-to-market functions on processes to provide outstanding campaign attribution, reporting and lead hand-off across all channels. You will be both a specialist and a builder, coming up with creative solutions to meet our business needs. You will use a broad range of technical skills and project management experience to help the marketing team exceed their goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems responsible for lead generation, distribution, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of marketing channels and lead sources, utilizing UTMs and other tracking methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize lead routing, MQL visibility, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to integrate data from the free trial platform into marketing systems for customized nurture experiences.
  • Work with web developers to track lead activity and website metrics.
  • Build and maintain marketing campaigns and nurture systems, leveraging platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC) and others.
  • Track SEO metrics and analyze the impact of content marketing efforts.
  • Generate business review metrics and reports for executive leadership and the board.
  • Own and optimize martech infrastructure centred around HubSpot and SFDC.
  • Act as the central point of contact for high-visibility projects, leading coordinated execution.
  • Segment the marketing database for campaign efficiency, health, quality, and integrity.

What You Will Bring:


  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting marketing programs and full-funnel go-to-market activities, with a focus on automation platforms and processes.
  • Solid experience in preparing business review metrics and reports for the executive team and the board.
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation systems and proficiency in JavaScript is required for in-built automation.
  • Expertise in metrics reporting, including marketing spend tracking, ROI reporting, digital marketing analytics, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/content marketing metrics, and website behaviour tracking.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing technologies such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Rollworks, Qualified, Hotjar, A/B testing software, and SDR technologies like Outreach and Orum.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
