About the role:

• We are looking for a candidate with strong product management experience to own the merchant experience stack for PayU Payments. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Own end-to-end success of products for PayU merchants and internal stakeholders 
• Identify and solve for gaps in a merchant’s lifecycle, interactions and merchant experience, internal stakeholder experience, reporting, and governance 
• Champion merchant experience by solving internal stakeholders’ and merchants’ problems 
• Think beyond what’s already been solved for in the ecosystem 
• Build and execute on the strategy for your charter 
• Drive product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development 
• Drive the product and business-planning process across teams 
• Evangelize new product ideas, strategies and go-to-market plans 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, production support, operations, finance, banking alliances, marketing and sales teams 
• Make data-driven product decisions and democratize product success metrics across teams 
• Most importantly, “own the outcome” 

What are we looking for:

• 2-5 years of strong product management experience 
• Fintech/payments experience highly desirable. Bonus points for experience in building 0 to 1 products that worked at scale 
• A curious mind with the ability to challenge the status quo 
• Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration skills 
• Ability to build narratives and drive clarity across orgs 
• Understanding of Web based architecture and API, Network protocols is must 
• Strong communication skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Technology Engineering, MBA will be plus
