We are looking for a Program Manager – Operations to be responsible for managing the billings & payments operations for EU and UK shippers. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners (Account Managers, FinOps, Finance, product, program etc) to deliver shipper critical activities as a successful people manager. We expect the program manager – operations to be able to lead within complex environment, create processes from scratch, drive implementation and be absolutely hands on with data to represent the contribution objectively on daily, weekly, monthly cadence.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
1) Launch new onboarding process for shipper onboarding for Self-billing reconciliation and fuel surcharge application for Enterprise shippers
2) Create training content and adherence mechanism for process implementation
3) Create the process for accessorial charges implementation (shipper, carrier and Amazon controllable)
4) Create end to end process for invoice dispute research and resolution, credit note management including training, implementation and tracking mechanism
5) Hire and manage the team to deliver key metrics on regular cadence
6) Perform quality control checks on existing workflows to ensure adoption and governance, and create a mechanism for reporting to help monitor adoption of our tools.
7) Identify and implement new and innovative ways to work across the broader team that streamlines work for leadership and managers.
8) Support the management and development of key inspection mechanisms like Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, as well as strategic annual planning documents.
9) Own process for annual resource planning, allocation, and tracking headcount.
10) Participate in special projects as needed.
11) Support leadership with insights on team morale and manage change management

We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Hyderabad, TS, IND
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Relevant experience in leading operations team with 15+ headcount (managing hiring, training, career conversations)
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Relevant experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Relevant experience driving process improvements experience
