Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for handling the day to day tasks and opening of accounts for an Investment Operations group. The Income Operations team receives and records all income events in accordance with the records maintained on and SIR versus the sub-custodian/depository/registrar event details. Additionally, they track and record the requirement for claims against counterparties, where trades are outstanding over the settlement period.


1.Sets up securities in trading systems, fix errors, fails and kicked out trades, set up new accounts


2.Updates the trading system for changes in security ID numbers and factor changes


3.Corrects errors, execute cancel re-bills, investigate and work through claims from trading partners


4.Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact


5.May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management


6.Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees


7.May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)


8.More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas


9.Delivers a work product that requires less revision


10.Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
A College or University degree and/or relevant Investment Operations work experience is required.


24 months as Technical Coordinat
