System Completion Lead / ICAPS Admin (080) 

We are looking for a System Completion Lead / ICAPS Admin with the following details :

Location : Basrah, Iraq

Duration : 12 months, renewable 

Work Status : Rotation 4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF 

Start Date : July 2024

Qualifications/Experience required :

• Professional Experience (years):  >20 years in Oil and Gas projects
• Experience in similar position (years): At least 3 years of experience in similar position during project, relevant site experience in an onshore field.
• Knowledgeable of COMPANY rules and specifications
• Knowledgeable of OPERCOM and ICAPS
• Knowledgeable of Crystal Report and SQL Server installation
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Level / Diploma: Engineer
• Languages: English mandatory

Activities

• To manage the organization that ensure system completion, commissioning and smooth hand-over to operation as per OPERCOM methodology.
• To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements.
• To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.
• To ensure that latest digital and carbon footprint reduction initiatives are studied and implemented if possible.
• Engineering follow-up: To control the Contractors’ performance in process discipline and in his perimeter: timely delivery and review of Contractor’s engineering documents, studies, and queries through an efficient technical coordination scheme with the Contractors.
• To Lead the completion and ICAPS Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start Up activities.
• To ensure the ICAPS network is always available.
• To Coordinate with the Engineering department for the population of ICAPS.
• To oversight Contractor on completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• To develop and ensure effectiveness of System Completion procedures and tools.
• To establish the hardware and software requirements for ICAPS.
• To establish the hardware and software requirements for an independent fully backed-up system.
• To advise the CONTRACTOR and COMPANY about resources and training requirements necessary for accessing the system and then implementing and administering the ICAPS scope of work.
• To audit the content of the CONTRACTOR’s other Contractor's and assist with the review process to ensure "completeness" at various stages of the project.
• To establish specific mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning/start-up progress reporting tools and indicators.
• To develop / prepare and follow-up the mechanical completion and commissioning/start-up dossiers to COMPANY.
• To follow the Contractor's Pre-Com & commissioning activities as per OPERCOM using ICAPS software.
• To Track, report of all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities and the receipt and review of all Completion dossiers Ready for Commissioning and Achievement of Commissioning.
• Supervising the company coordination of the project punch lists.
