- Description: Main tasks and responsibility
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback to identify areas for improvement, through various channels, including direct communication, reviews, and surveys.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement solutions and initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer interactions and strive to ensure positive customer experiences across all touch points.
- Monitor customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Familiarity with loyalty program software or platforms and the ability to analyze loyalty program data.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure that the loyalty program meets the needs and preferences of the target audience.
- Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the loyalty program
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experienced in customer experience role
- Strong analytical skills along the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- High communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
