Opportunity description
FORSA is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Officer to lead our outreach efforts and drive revenue growth.
Duties & responsibilities
Manage the Business Development Tasks, setting goals, follow-up and ensuring department success.
Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to acquire new clients.
Identify and qualify potential clients, including universities, NGOs, and educational institutions.
Design and deliver impactful proposals that showcase the value proposition of FORSA's Outreaching Solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, exceeding sales targets.
Oversee the implementation of services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage existing client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
Actively participate in product development, brainstorming and implementing new services to expand revenue streams.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally within the education or related sectors.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in proposal writing and deal structuring.
Experience in digital marketing strategies is a plus.
A self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
