Job Description

As a Call Center Agent at our company in Kuwait, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in both English and Arabic, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and providing accurate information about our products and services
  2. Assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
  4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  6. Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  7. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
  8. Handling customer complaints with empathy and patience, aiming to resolve issues and retain customer loyalty
  9. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  10. Meeting individual and team performance targets and goals

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  5. Exceptional customer service skills and mindset
  6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  10. Proficiency in using customer service software and applications
