Your role

As a nurse, you will provide ongoing socio-medical assistance to all staff to ensure their safety and well-being in line with Group standards.

• Organize medical examinations for new recruits.

  
  

• Assist the occupational physician during medical examinations by carrying out nursing examinations.

  
  

• Provide first aid.

  
  

• Handle work-related accidents in the event of the occupational physician's absence.

  
  

•  Classify and archive all staff medical files.

  
  

• Monitor staff medical records using a database management system.

  
  

• Raise staff awareness of health and safety standards.

  
  

• Ensure the recording of all interventions carried out on behalf of Aptiv staff (care, medication dispensed to staff; work-related accidents; consultations, etc.).

  
  

• Monitor pregnant women during pregnancy.

  
  

•  Follow-up people who have requested a change of workstation and who have been granted by the occupational physician.

  
  

Your background

• 2+ years' higher education in nursing

  
  

• Good communication skills in French

  
  

• Ability to adapt

  
  

• Urgent, results-oriented attitude and team spirit

  
  

• Solid technical skills in healthcare.
