Overview:
We are seeking applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Key Accounts” for "Marketing & Sales" Department. The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationship with key customers in various tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:
•Growing business from existing BC customers by developing strong customer relationships.
•Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and taking proactive measures to address their issues.
•Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for key customers
•Seeking feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality.
•Assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers.
•Key Account contact for any Global or Regional account assigned by the region.
Experience:
• 3-4 years of experience in related field
• Strong command on MS Office
Qualification:
•Master's Degree required in the relevant field.
