Event Manager for Event Company

Apt Resources is currently hiring for the position of Event Manager for our client's team, an event company. We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our client's team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. • Plan, coordinate, and execute events according to client requirements
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting
• Create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, including decorations, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements
• Manage event staff and volunteers
• Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements
• Lead all our client's events department in Dubai, Doha & Muscat.
• Should be in entertainment segment such as organizing Musical Shows, Beach Parties, etc
