About the role
Provide support and clerical expertise to Executive Office and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards
What you bring
At least an associate's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field. This education provides a fundamental understanding of business operations and office management.
1-2 years of experience as Secretary or Administrative Assistant to the GM
Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage
Good eye/attention to details
