Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO's office and other departments within the company.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
  • Offer administrative support for various projects led by the CEO.
