Job Description



We are looking for an Office Administrator to perform administrative and clerical tasks. The duties include providing support to EF Abha managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, taking ownership of data entry tasks and managing student queries. The ideal candidate would be highly organised, conscientious and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education First in partnership with a leading university in the Asir region of Saudi Arabia delivers a range of educational programmes including; IELTS and EAP focused courses for Teaching Assistants and Lecturers, General English courses and summer and community programmes for a range of ages.

Al Farah, Abha.

Responsibilities



Assist students with the enrolment process. Assist in the intake process, including collecting and filing student documents, organizing and overseeing placement testing, sending welcome emails, meeting and greeting new students. Serve as a point of contact between students and the company. Liase with clients and students in Arabic. Answer student enquiries related to their programme including attendance queries and attendance reporting. Assist management in administrative tasks, reporting, verifying sick leaves, purchasing office supplies, accurately filing documents. Assist the management team in organizing events. Translate documents from English to Arabic or Arabic to English.

Requirements



Excellent spoken and written skills in Arabic. Fluency in spoken and written English (CEFR B2 level). Organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Open to feedback with the ability to understand instructions well and work quickly and effectively within a team. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and the 365 suite. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport with clients, students and colleagues. Must be obsessed about customer satisfaction. Saudi national
