Job Summary

Ensures that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Plans and organizes production schedules, manpower allotment, and effective implementation of all production activities.  Responsible for completing each job on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. This position also represents the company for all production related items and completes customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal

  • Prepares Production Plan
  • Monitors and Plans production
  • In-charge of Production Planning and Control
  • In-charge of Weekly and Monthly Production Report
  • In-charge of ensuring adherence to Quality Guidelines and Standard
  • Develop policies and procedures that are design to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate label production problems.

 

Job Responsibilities 2

  1. Develops policies and procedures that are design to increase productivity, assure quality, and mitigate label production problems.
  2. Plans and coordinates all production activities.
  3. Ensures that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
  4. Reviews production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
  5. Initiates and coordinates inventory and cost control programs.
  6. Prepares and maintains production reports.
  7. Sets and monitors product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
  8. Develops and implements production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
  9. Ensures to follow cost effective production method in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  10. Ensures that work inspections are carried out as per the plan and advice the construction team for the corrective action to avoid the rejection of work.
  11. Ensures that method statement briefing is carried out for each and every activity.
  12. Ensures that all materials are inspected internally before offering inspection to the consultant, raising the NCR to the supplier in case the substandard material is delivered.
  13. Provide direction to subordinate, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved within scheduled timelines and budgets.
  14. Ensures to maintain the records of all work and material inspection and provide the data in the weekly and monthly progress meetings.
  15. Ensures that all test records are available and properly hand over.
  16. Ensures that logs are available along with the test reports for all types of test as per the approved testing matrix.
  17. Ensures all incoming materials are accurate, make the delivery notes and properly checked as per the approved design.
  18. Ensures to monitor, develop and maintain production plan and methodologies to handle the materials, equipment, machine and manpower.
