Al Nafees Holding is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to
join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in
shaping the visual identity of our company and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials including
print ads, brochures, packaging, and digital assets.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines,
ensuring all design deliverables are aligned with the brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
● Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
without compromising on quality.
● Be Updated with industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring
innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing your expertise and providing valuable insights to
enhance the overall creative process.
● Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers' work, helping them improve their skills
and maintain consistency across all design outputs.
● Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of printed materials,
reviewing proofs and conducting press checks when necessary.
● Effectively communicate and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating
feedback and making revisions as required.
Requirements
● Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, including examples of branding,
marketing collateral, and digital designs.
● Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as other
relevant design software.
● Skilled in both print and digital design, with an understanding of best practices for each medium.
● Having ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas is crucial. You should have experience
translating client briefs into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired
message.
● Having a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually
impactful designs.
● Creativity and innovation is needed , so it's essential that you stay updated on the latest design trends
and techniques.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Therefore, effective
communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
● Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and meet the required
specifications.
● Experience in huge advertising companies or house of expertise is preferred.
