As the Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied.
A successful candidate will have experience leading Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
Duties And Responsibilities
● Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
● Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
● Assist the Product manager in their role.
● Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, helping them understand and embrace their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
● Operational Efficiency: Work hand-in-hand with the team to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and keep things moving smoothly.
● Process Management: Maintain and monitor the team's processes, ensuring effective implementation and identifying areas for improvement.
● Reporting and Analysis: Provide insights through report extraction on tasks, rotations, and overall project performance. Make data your guide
