Job Brief:


The Vaccines Activation Manager (VAM) promotes and consolidates a constructive and transparent dialogue with the Healthcare Professionals of the territorial health department dealing with vaccine prevention and the


contact persons of the regional technical bodies responsible for the vaccine procurement process.


Plays a central role in the introduction of a new Immunization therapy into regional vaccination calendars and its implementation at the territorial level, executing strategies and identifying solutions that meet Public Health needs in the field of vaccine prevention, under Sanofi’s policies, strategies, corporate values and


code of ethics so as to be recognized a Public Health partner.


Main Responsibilities


  • Within the assigned geography, is responsible for executing customer-facing activities in alignment with the strategy set by the MCO
  • Is accountable for the implementation of a regional operational plan to improve vaccine coverage
  • Promotes correct scientific information to Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies
  • Promotes integration among the various stakeholders involved in Vaccine Prevention Operational Plans.
  • Works closely with colleagues in Country Lead Functions, coordinating and facilitating territorial activities (regional operational plans) to maximize vaccine coverage and act as a partner with the Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies
  • Is fully accountable for the business objectives assigned to him/her effectively utilizing and embedding a blend of multi-channel tools to support customer engagement, disease understanding, and brand awareness
  • Is fully accountable during the pre-tender phases, for identifying and implementing the best solutions, for the product portfolio under his/her scope of action
  • Is fully accountable, during the post-tender phase, for the implementation and verification of the
  • correct flow of the vaccine purchasing process in the area of his/her responsibility, to ensure sustainable growth for Sanofi
  • Manages, in collaboration with customer service, any customer issues and/or emergencies
About you
  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine
  • Languages: English and Arabic fluency
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high ability to deal with different personal styles


  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with KOLs in all health sector including hospital environment.


  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market, clinical studies, health economics data, the business


    environment, and the competitive landscape in order to develop and implement appropriate strategies for


    targeted customers and achieve business performance goals


  • Ability to act proactively, thinking out of the box and seeking innovative solutions


  • Deep knowledge and proven experience in the frame of public tenders, hospital business, and healthcare dynamics
  • Strong customer orientation, always acting in line with business needs - Inquisitive, curious attitude and ability to identify opportunities for added value and collaboration
  • strong drive to achieve business goals and share information with the working team in the assigned territory
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work as part of a team.
