Job Description
  • Carrying out payroll related operations such as entry and exit payroll operations, maintaining organizational & associate data on HR IT systems, preparation of certificates etc. for locations in Türkiye and Middle East
  • Creating regular and instant reports according to customer needs
  • Point of contact for Middle East in scope of his/her responsibility
  • Supporting the payroll related projects in scope digitalization & process improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or other HR related specialization 
  • To have 1-3 years of working experience in HR fields such as time management, payroll operations, knowledge of Social Security and Labor Law, payroll legislation and procedures 
  • Good command of English both written and spoken to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network 
  • Proficiency with MS Office program (especially on excel) and PowerBI 
  • Collaborative, good communication skills, structured and analytic thinking, result oriented and be a great team-member
