Sales Support Specialist

Entering customer-based orders into the system,
Working in coordination with Planning, Production and Shipment departments; Following all processes from the production stage of orders to their shipment to the customer,
Updating referral tracking reports every week,
Managing shipping methods and billing processes with domestic and international customers,
Following up on invoice payments and credit maturity analyses,
Providing support to business development activities.

• Graduated from Administrative Sciences faculties of universities,
  Having at least 1 year of sales operation experience (preferably with experience in a company operating in the field of production),
  Fluent in English,
  Preferably with SAP experience,
  Able to use Excel program well,
  Strong communication, customer satisfaction-oriented employee,
  Having planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
