About the role
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the affiliate program across strategic regions to achieve business objectives. We seek a dynamic and experienced candidate ready to actively engage in the role.
Your responsibilities
• Recruitment: Proactively seek out and onboard new affiliates to expand the network of partners within the trading industry and acquire users.
• Management: Foster and nurture strong connections with current affiliates, offering ongoing support, advice, and access to resources to help them maximize their earning potential.
• Analysis: Consistently evaluate the performance of affiliates and essential metrics, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Utilize these insights to enhance strategies aimed at increasing affiliate productivity and revenue generation.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, handling their inquiries, promptly resolving any issues, and ensuring timely communication regarding program updates and initiatives.
• Reporting: Compile detailed reports on affiliate performance, trends, and key performance indicators for internal stakeholders, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations for programme improvement.
• Compliance: Uphold program integrity by ensuring affiliates adhere to all program policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Your profile
• Passionate about marketing with a desire to constantly develop.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practises.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Results driven and will work through every avenue to achieve your objectives.
• Process driven and constantly looking at new ways to improve how things are done.
• Familiarity with social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, and YouTube as well as Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to write punchy copy for marketing materials.
• Strong English Communication: Proficient in articulate and professional English communication, both written and verbal.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
• Adaptable Under Pressure: Proven ability to remain flexible and excel in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Positive Attitude: Fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere, contributing to a cohesive team spirit.
DESIRABLE:
• Fluent in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese or Thai) both verbally and written.
• Previous experience in Financial Services industry would be desirable but not essential.
