Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimations for high-voltage substation projects, encompassing materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
  
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to formulate accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary information and input for cost estimations.
  
• Review and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
  
• Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents to clients.
  
• Support project managers during the negotiation and contract award process.
  
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams as required.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to high-voltage substations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• 6-10 years of experience in estimating, costing, or project management, with a focus on high-voltage substations.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and materials commonly used in high-voltage substations.
  
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Excel, Esti-Mate, WinEst).
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
