What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record of 1-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in an Executive Assistant role, demonstrating a strong ability to manage high-volume operations with Grace and Efficiency.
  • A strong background in Training and Quality Management with Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability.
  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  • Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  • Sensational passion for delivering Unparalleled guest services, with a commitment to Exceed Guests’ Expectations.
  • 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  • Strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.
  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities


  • Leads all Operational Facets to Significantly enhance Service Quality and Guest Satisfaction, implementing Innovative and Effective strategies to uphold the Highest Standards of Luxury Service.
  • Actively participates in formulating and executing Departmental Strategies and action plans, ensuring Alignment with FIVE’s overarching goals.
  • Plays a pivotal role in translating Vision into Reality, driving Operational Excellence across all Departments.
  • Delivers clear, consistent, and motivational messages about Departmental objectives to achieve Targeted Outcomes.
  • Adeptly Communicates to bridge the gap between Strategy and Execution, inspiring Fellow ‘FIVERs’ to achieve Excellence.
  • Collaborates closely with the Heads of Department to Seamlessly Implement Strategies and action Plans, fostering a Collaborative environment aligned with FIVE’s strategic vision.
  • Sets clear Goals and Expectations for the FIVE Tribe, utilising Performance Reviews to ensure Accountability and foster Professional Growth, cultivating a High-Performing Team dedicated to Operational Excellence.
  • Maintains a prominent presence among Guests to gather Firsthand Feedback on service quality and satisfaction levels, leveraging Approachability and Proactive engagement to enhance the Guest Experience.
  • Champions the Continuous Improvement of Guest Experiences by incorporating feedback into Actionable Strategies, driving the Evolution of service standards with a Commitment to Excellence.
  • Conducts regular Progress Reviews with the Heads of Department, ensuring alignment with Goals and Timely execution of strategies, providing oversight for consistent Advancement and Achievement.
  • Keeps the General Manager informed about Operational Achievements and Challenges, fostering transparent communication and Strategic Alignment.
