Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing and configuring employees’ computer systems.
- Responding to employees’ IT support requests.
- Diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the employees & departments.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job report
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Ensuring all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time – whenever applicable
- Collaborate with users to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the data migration process from a functional point of view
- Conduct internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create training material for each system process and ensure users follow the same.
- Document project requirements, solutions, and configurations
- Stay current with Epicor product updates and new features.
- Conduct system testing and assist with data migration activities.
- Work closely with process owners to understand their business requirements, configure the Epicor system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Customize and configure Epicor ERP modules to meet the company needs.
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
Comply to the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001
Ensuring Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities as per the given induction (AR-F-HR-06_Rev. 0_16/03/2023)
Adhere to the company’s Management Information System
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years full end to end project lifecycle implementation experience.

Hands on experience in BPM,BAQ, Dashboards, Reports, integrations, and customization
