1. Maintain servers across all sites to ensure their uninterrupted operation through monitoring and tracking.
2. Manage and execute procedures for server backups and restores to ensure data integrity and system availability.
3. Create and manage user accounts and permissions within the active directory for efficient access management.
4. Monitor and coordinate software distribution and updates for client/server systems.
5. Provide technical support both on-site and remotely to address system-related issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with the related teams on all tasks to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Coordinate and follow up on various projects related to server maintenance and upgrades.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
9. Install and test approved software and upgrades on servers to enhance performance and security.
10. Keep abreast of latest technology trends by reading technical journals, attending seminars, and participating in professional development workshops.
11. Coordinate the development and maintenance of server benchmark standards to ensure optimal performance.
12. Perform all other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor on time with reliability, honesty, and discretion

Experience
0 – 3 years of experience
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Management System and Engineering or related field.
